Sales Project Manager

Job Description

Looking for a skilled sales support administrator who can augment our sales team by offloading administrative functions. In this role you will communicate (phone, email, text) with customers and internal and external resources to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative duties.
  • Generate court drawings.
  • Generate installation related documents.
  • Share responsibility for the success of each project.
  • Schedule and manage installation projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules with client and installers and external resources.
  • Work independently and effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Manage sales order documents and files.
  • Send and receive documents for the company.
  • Backup for data entry of sales orders into IQMS.
  • Distribute phone calls, leads, and emails.
  • Scanning shipping and sales documentation, and filing.
  • Assist in various daily operations.
  • Keep sales department records and contracts.
  • Post-installation follow-up with customers.

Requirements

  • Administrative expertise.
  • Experience with design software tools strongly preferred.
  • Sales experience desired but not required.
  • Very organized, reliable and professional.
  • Need to have a strong work-ethic.
  • Be productive, discreet and courteous.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Vector Works and/or Sales Logix preferred.
  • Multitasking and time management ability.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
